Good Morning Gurus!

TGIF! Can I get an amen?

And I don't have to work this weekend.

I think I finally finished a freelance project for the local zoo that I have been working on since fall of last year. It will be nice to have that off my plate.

Some very interesting threads and posts last night and this morning.

Some of the C4 bashing on CF is really disturbing. It does not seem to be good natured. Must be some really insecure Vette owners out there. I vote we squash that kinda behavior right away if we see it over here. Very sad.

So what's up for today and your weekend?

I'll probably end up cleaning the house and doing laundry. At least I will get a break from being creative for a couple days. Works for me!

Weather here in DC sucks, Cold Rainy and freezing rain. I saw a C6 crawling around the DC beltway I495 this morning in the slush and was glad my baby is in the garage.

I'm gonna try to get my exhaust hooked up this weekend. Wish it were long tubes, but don't have the money for that right now.

Yeh - the C4 bashing is just frickin' pathetic, not because I own a C4, but just because it aint right. I don't go bashing on other's cars including any other POS that rides down the road. Anyhow this thread aint the place for me to say how I feel about that whole CF crap.

I think its great to see that John (jsup) has got his car running again. I hope he gets the valve cover issue straightened out soon. I'm sure its something simple. Always is, its just always overlooked.

Everyone have a good weekend - chat later

Good morning. Hope all is well. I agree with you guys on that silly azz thread. I could care less what some one else thinks about a car of mine. I drive and own what I want. That's about all the wasted brain cells I'm using on that subject.

Like them dislike them; It's all a matter of personal preference. I'l take the performance and power of a C4 for which I have lost little or no money on depreciation. I could buy 4 C4's for what some C5 owners have lost in depreciation the last few years. Buy what you like , like what you buy and if you get tired of it , move on. No weekend plans. I work almost every Saturday so TGIF doesn't mean anything to me. Enjoy the day.

Although today will mark 5 weeks that I haven't seen my c4, I still like it. No weekend plans here either now that I know I will still not have my car back. Hope everyone else has a good one...

I'm not sure what thread everyone is referring to. I guess it must be linked in another thread on this forum. I'll look around.

I brought my door panel to the office today to finish gluing the carpet and upper portion back down. It is in the back drying. I should have all my little cosmetic projects done with the doors tomorrow night and will be ready to move on to tackling the starting issue when it is hot.

Business seems to be picking up a little. This week has flown. I've been quite busy and it shows by my low amount of posts this week.

I hope all of you have a great weekend.

Snow here about 4 inches now sleet and freezing rain. On my way out this morning saw a C6 at a gas station- snowing hard and roads covered at the time. Hope he got to where he was going to OK. I agree about the bashing on the other threads. For me I stopped posting unless I was 100% sure the advice/answer was correct. I have not felt that way here and hope it continues.
