CLEAR, CALM, 46 ON THE FRONT PORCH, 66 FOR THE HIGH.

THANKS FOR THE REMINDER LETTY. WHEN WE LIVED IN LAWTON I HAD A CONNECTION WITH A TOYOTA MECHANIC THAT FREELANCED IN HIS DRIVE WAY, BUT NEVER CONNECTED OVER HERE. THIS GUY HAD THREE LITTLE COTTON-TOPPED BOYS I WOULD BUY CHRISTMAS TOYS FOR.

NOTHING ON THE AGENDA TODAY. THINK I'VE GOT THE GIRLS BOUGHT FOR, EXCEPT FOR DARLING WIFE. THAT'S USUALLY THE HARDEST UNLESS SHE HAS A SPECIFIC REQUEST.

TIME TO FEED THE DOG---

GRIS, I find your first ost odd.

Sue had minor surgery yesterday morning on her scalp. While at the doctors office I got a call about the death of a family friend that was being buried yesterday afternoon. The person died on Thursday. The Jewish way is to bury them as soon as possible. That's the way I want to go. No drawn out aftermath. For me, fire up the oven. Ashes to ashes. Then set up a party for friends and family so they can say stuff like, "He was a nice guy but could be a bit of an asshole."

Hey guys... Lazying around this today. A bit more chilly, 27 when we got up but promises to hit upper 60s later.

#1 and part of the family will be headed this way pretty soon. Will be good to have them out here. It's been 4 years since they were here.

Not much else on the agenda, might go out to the shop to clean up a bit. The dining room table I built went out the door last night.

Ok my first post was written this morning, but didn't get posted... It did make it up to 70 this afternoon. Worked in the shop, but had issues, so I didn't push the fact. Went to church and when we got home, #1 was here. They've all gone out for a walk to stretch their legs after the 6+ hour trip.

Ordered some pizza to eat during the big game (Sunflower showdown... KU vs K-State)

Good evening, we slept in late, then got up and got the bike out and participated in the local Harley's shop annual toy run for ABATE of Jonesboro. It was a beautiful day to ride, we made it to the stop, then hung out for a bit, saw some others we knew, then went to one of the local biker clubs who helped put on the even for chili, tamales and hot dogs. Came on home after that and decided we want more chili so he'll make it here in a bit. Nothing planned tomorrow, supposed to be cloudy. Might do yard work, might not. Sorry for your loss, Tommy, hope Sue is on the mend. I'm in agreement on my 'after care' also - if there's any good parts left and you can reach em, grab em, torch the rest and enjoy what money is left if any.
