Chair-man of the bored

Coolish to warm today. I'm getting a better undestanding of what it means when you are only half the man you used to be. Age plays some terrible games. My get up and go has got up and left. Thinking a healhful nap may be in order. Don't really feel like working today. Read another interesting half fact yesterday. Half the people you talk to today will be of lower than average intelligence. |

Hey guys, Started out a pretty day, but deteriorated as the afternoon rolled on.
My thumb has not been an issue other than if I bump it, it's really sore and it's wrapped up bigger than snot. Pain has not been an issue. I took some Tylenol when I first got home from having the stitches, in anticipation of pain when the deadener wore off, but that's the only thing I've had. It has throbbed a few times, but I believe that's part of the healing process. No dressing change until Monday. Yesterday I did go over and install the last of the window jambs, that took a few hours to do. Now it's up to the painter and glass guy to do their thing before I go back and finish out the trimming. Today, I loaded up the small pantry and cabinet for above the refrig for our retired priest, who lives over in the 'city'. Met my GS over there and he and Rosie helped me to get those installed. He was happy and so were we. Glad to get those out of the shop. Still plenty to do. Tommy, I know exactly what you mean. But going to the wholistic Dr. and having a very intensive blood work done and figuring out what I was missing and changing my vitamins/supplements has helped a lot with my energy level and have dropped a few pounds. You might look into that. |
