Good mornin.

tee, I did start back on a multivitamin plus another supplememt and vitamin D2 once a week. I do that every time I notice I'm a little run down. When I feel better I start forgetting to take them. And so the cycle begins all over again. Still feeling run down though.

I take Ultraman's Elixir of Youth every morning consisting of the essential amino acids and a packet of EmerganC Immune in the super orange flavor.... I also take D3 and vit K in a combined pill and CoQ10 since I have been taking Statins for ever.... that and once a week lifting weights and 25 minutes on the rowing machine keeps me fairly fit.... takes discipline but if it helps keep me going for as long as possible then that is the motivator....

colder here today and cloudy.... thinking what a spring day of high seventies and sunshine would be like....

Hey guys, cold day here. They were saying rain changing to snow by midnight....When I got out of the shower before going to church, I looked outside and, guess what? ... It was snowing! Not accumulating yet, but snowing still as I write this.

Rode out with a neighbor friend to the local gun dealer. Spent an hour just browsing through the shop. Might end up with a new gun. Who knows?

Back home worked in the shop for a couple hours before going to church.

Tomorrow is our annual trip to the casino. Kind of celebration of Rosies' birthday, kind of just a "Supper Bowl" (yes I spelled it that way on purpose) routine ... I don't really give a crap one way or the other. Even with the Kansas City team playing.
