Morning guys... chilly this morning. Went to church yesterday afternoon then to a friends 50th anniversary reception. That was fun.
Taking the dogs for a walk, their owners (#2 and #1GS) will be home today, so not much more going on. I do have a whole turkey on the smoker, so will need to watch that. |

Good Morning CGs!
Chilly fall day here. I went out this morning and winterized the sprinkler system. Blew out all the lines and took off the backflow valve. I'm not really a fan of the day like savings time switch oh well. In Illinois politics, the Democrats passed a bill October 31st at 4:30 a.m. which implemented some huge new taxes to fund basically the Chicago Transit system. Luckily everybody from all over the state gets to pay for it now. Makes sense, right? More yard work to take care of this afternoon. Hope everyone has a great day! |
