I have an arctic white '94 coupe and I'm in the market for a clear top with summer coming on.
Yes, I have read the good and bad on brands. But my question goes to tint color. Bronze, gray or blue? What have been your experiences? I'm not anxious to throw ANY color onto a great white, since it seems any of those choices will look like a black top from the outside. But what do you prefer from the inside as the driver? |

What interior color do you have? A bronze top would look good with a tan interior. Other than that I would say blue.

I ordered a new GM blue top for my 96 last March. It was $900 plus $32 shipping from a dealer in NW Florida.
Part number 12370123. You just missed a good deal on Brand X: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=1940212 |

For summer, if your cars in Rochester, you're ok. If it's in Scottsdale, it's going to get really hot inside with a glass top.
Here in Reno at this altitude, the sun's brutal in the summer. I put the glass top away in the summer. When parked the glass top generates about 30 degree higher interior temps than the painted one. |

Yes, I'm in MN in the summer so should be okay.
My interior color is torch red. I am leaning to blue but not decided 100%, so... |

My interior color is torch red. With red guts, I'd go for the blue |

Yeah, I have red carpet and am staying with the blue top (interior originally was blue). Had my factory top sitting in my den, but one of my cats knocked it over...smacked the tile floor. Guess it is a good thing it needed to be replaced. I ordered one from Corvette Central (refurbished one) for $ 750 plus my core.

I hated my clear top, mostly due to summer heat. Ever since I bought a painted top about 3 years ago, the clear one's never been back on my car.
