Marcus I haven't heard of the AFM disablers for the Chevy trucks, only the full delete kits. Hopefully it works out. I need to get that for my Ridgeline. It's subtle but there is a noticeable vibration when it kicks in.

Tommy, there are worse things in life than being retired, owning a business, a house, a Porsche, a Corvette(s), gambling, going on cruises, going to concerts, and whatever else you do with your turtles and pigs. I guess it's not a bad thing to look forward to.

Look up the Benowo AFM Disabler on Amazon... it is made for the Tahoes and Suburbans and Caddys .... 65 bucks.... plugs into the port...

Good afternoon - whichever one of yous up above me that sent me cold, come back and get it. Your weather is down here drunk. Tommy, can I borrow 30º till Friday? At least no snow here, but my beach community is getting it, so long as they keep it there.
Not been up to much the last couple days, had an appt Friday, got some antibiotics for the sinus mess to avoid bronchitis, better already. Arron still coughs and sounds like a seal blowing a kazoo. He might up at the ENT office. We slept in then headed to Memphis yesterday to junk shop. I slept till after 10 this morning, can't remember the last time I did that.

@Tee - I struggled with digital also, as I learned the old way, darkroom and film cameras. I still find digital is very different.
I've used Photoshop since it came out, and that software now is to the point there's stuff in there I'll never use, there's just so much to it now. AI has affected things too, even Photoshop, but I tend to do what edits I need in there the old fashioned way as well. I don't use lightroom a lot, I do use it some, but I have a friend that does and we sometimes share tips. Of course, his focus is on social media presentations of his photos, occasional prints, smaller in size. Mine is primarily large format so I tend to "pixel pick" more than he does.

As far as the fees, Photoshop/Lightroom is only like $10 a month and it's worth that I think even to play with. I pay for the full suite, $60/mo but I do use other apps in there. My sub also gets me video stuff too that I want to learn more of. For the time being though, jump in there and sign up for the trial and play with it all, you get a month. I have a 2008 Macbook I have CS3 installed on I still use for simple photo editing. If you have an older machine, I do think older CD versions are still available to buy and license, even if they aren't supported. For basic photo editing, those will be just fine.
