Good morning Gris, thank you for the prayers, keep 'em comin.
Looks like another intense heat day today, we went from spring to 100• temps. I come in at 9 here and it's already stupid hot.

As far as family, neither of us has kids or parents left. He has a step mom but she's older and two and a half hours away and driving that far is a nogo for her. His brother is a weed head and never hear from him unless he needs something. His wife did come visit and came back after and brought him all kinds of stuff and their daughter, who is in college near where his step mom lives stopped and grabbed her and they call visited the other day. Otherwise, he just has me.

3" of rain last night and not a drop in the basement... so right now I'm saying the sump man money was well spent...

Letty, my heart goes out to you. Although less intense, Sue has Langerhans Cell Histicytosis. It's hard finding a pulmonary oncologist that has experience with the disease because it is so rare in adults. Langerhans is a cancer like disease that affects immature white blood cells that collect in lumps throughout the body and organs including the lungs. All we can do is seek the best treatments available and push for the best. Stay strong Letty. Take it one step at a time. I'm not an amatuer when it comes to dealing with ailments and recoveries. We just do what we have to do.

Sorry I've been AWOL. Tile floor and dust galore has me busy as a beaver with clean up efforts. The room is now restored. Now we'll have to get the rest of the house in order with a deep cleaning. I say we loosely. Sue works all day so she tries to do a few tasks in the evening. It's been a never ending cycle of work lately. I got close to caught up about a month ago. Now I'm behind once again.
