The guy I know at the body shop helps me out with some simple stuff. I had him do the passenger door panel in my car because he's good, and cheap!
So, I go to pick it up and he tells me: "That's turning into a nice little car." He saw it right after I bought it. Made me feel pretty good. So, I drove it to work. It's 65* here, the car is running good, the new stereo sounds great, and I got to show it off to coworkers. My little 87 is coming along nicely. - I've replaced the wheels and tires, good reviews here at work. Especially from the guy that owns an 84 Corvette. - New stereo, head unit, speakers and wires. - New passenger door panel. - New hood emblem. - I have new KYBs to be put on before I have it aligned. - I have a new/used oil pan, gaskets and bolts to be put on. - I have a tune up kit, wires, plugs, rotor, cap that I'm going to do this spring. - A duplicolor kit to paint the calipers red. By summer time, I'll be ready! |
