movnviolation Wheel hub cover locking bolt stripped, help

I am trying to take the wheels off so I can change out the rear bearing.
the security bolt that holds the cover on is stripped. It is hardened steel so I can not drill and use easy out. Any ideas? Thanks!

Do you mean the head of it is stripped, as in the security part?
Do you have a welder? If you do, try welding a rod on that you can turn with a pair of pliers. If not, try griding out some of the center of the head to make a slot for a screwdriver.
