None. Collector plates are never expiring. One time fee of two years registration ($150.00) plus $50.00 equals lifetime registration, and the vehicle never needs to go thru emmissions testing again. Car must be a minimum of 20 years old. Second plate (and all others that follow) are the two year fee plus $25.00 each. All plates will have the same number, with a letter appended. Second plate will have an A appended, third plate B, 4th plate C, etc. A regularly licensed vehicle must remain registered (I have 4 of those, counting the motorcycle-no wonder I work 2 jobs). The collector plated vehicle(s) cannot be driven on the road during the month of Jan. These Collector plates cannot be personalized. (bummer) A retired VP I used to work with has plates up to F, all on C1s,C2s,and C3s. The Corvette is Faster. I don't think the Honduh could make it up to 90mph.
