Good morning CG's!
How is everyone doing so far today? Beginning to sink into the weekly routine now that Monday is over? Well, I get a "rest" day from my workouts today, then tomorrow it's back to hittin the weights hard again. No other plans for the morning hours. Get a little grub and then time for bed. The wifey and rugrat are still sleeping, so maybe we'll get some breakfast once they get up. We'll see what happens. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |

Good Morning all. Nice day in the Nation's Capitol.
Since I moved to the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, I get to see the water every morning on my way out to work. The bay was slick as glass this morning and beautiful. Kind of makes it all worth it. Then on the back side of the day, I fight the DC traffic coming back to the shore, and then when I crest the top of the hill just before home, I see that shimmering water again and it makes the past 45 minutes of commuting hell all worth it again. Had my debit card number compromised by some dirtbag in NY. I now have a coffee maker, skin care goo, a magazine subscription to Opra and lipstick.
Guess I'll have to move to the Gay-Bay now....... |
