Good Morning Gurus!

Looks like Matt is being lazy today. Maybe his Superman workout is getting to him.

Nothing to report here, how's everyone's day looking?

Looks like rain, supposed to get the driveway sealed tomorrow. Assuming that happens, I'll be driving the Maxima for a couple of days, as I don't want to leave the Vette out. Gonna take that time to install some sound-deadening as long as it will be captive in the garage.

I have been having fun riding my bike everyday. Gotta watch out for those other drivers though, when did those hazards start getting so bad?

Good Afternoon! great weather here this afternoon. I need some motivation to get working on the car. Too much other stuff keeps popping up in my way.

Matt - motorcycle bike? or bycicle bike?

Looks like rain here this afternoon. Seems like it rains every afternoon at around 2:00pm. And guess what we do at 4:00 today and in the rain. RUN. Same run, same guys for 25 years.

WOW! 25 years! That's really cool!

I started walking 4.2 miles a day about two weeks ago. I hope someday to be able to jog or run that far or farther. As well as keep it up for 25 years!

I've lost three pounds in those two weeks. Only about 97 more pounds to go!

Motorcycle, wish I had the energy and determination for a bycyicle though. I really need to shed about 15lbs right now.

Good Evening CGs!

Sorry I missed chat this morning! I was so beat on my way home. I have a 25 mile drive to work, and I was falling asleep on the way back. Not exactly safe to do, but I was just so tired for some reason. Sometimes working midnights wears you down. So I got home, ate "dinner" with my wife, and went straight to bed. Feel a lot better now. Woke up, played with the rugrat, ate some grub, and I'm ready to attack my chest, shoulders, & triceps (with ab ripper!) workout. Then I'm off to work to do it all over again

Runner - I think that's cool that you have that "tradition". I don't really have any old friends out here. I moved from Detroit to Chicago about 4 years ago, and I know some people out here, but I'm closest with my wife's family (large extended family). But I have all of my "imaginary" friends on the 'puter! HA.

Everyone needs to keep Chris motivated to keep walking - so harass him about it as often as possible

Grizz - I know it's hard to get motivated sometimes. I have a couple little tasks to do on the vette, but just haven't gotten to it.

On a "neat" note, I stopped by a car restoration place today that works on all high end classics and imports. Owner showed me a 1939 chrysler he's restoring. Said it's worth about $400,000 when he's done with it :shaking: I told him I'm gonna stop by on my days off and stare at the pretties, and he said you better not or I'll put you to work...I said "ok". I could only wish. He showed me some doors and engine parts he made by hand to do restoration work on a couple of cars. Awesome. I am amazed by the level of some people's craftsmanship.

Hope everyone has a good night!

Matthew
