Both could be power, neither could be.

However, if they are, they should move fore/aft and up down with little more than an electric motor whine....

Doesn't corbeau have a seat track that will fit? I'm not sure if it requires modifications, but I know there are quite a few guys with corbeau A4s.

I just did that by using 1/4 inch strap. On the drivers seat I ran it from side to side and on the pax seat I ran a strap for and aft with another strap 90 degrees. My drivers is electric and the pax is a manual fore and aft only. If you havent bought your seats yet get lever adjust. I got a cheap set of ebay that the seller tried to get in a Porche. They had the knob reclining control and this was the widest part of the seat. Had to cut the knobs in half to get them to fit.
Also be carfull on the positioning of the seat.

I think that the brackets in the picture are to adapt after market seats to your factory rails. You keep your electrics except for the lumbar suport and wing adjustment.
like I said I made my own from strap. The driver seat holes were close to the original rails. The pasenger seat was not that close to the manual rails and the seat sits at a little angle. You will see this when you remove the original seats. The strap and a few bolts ran less than $20.

The wires for the lumbar support and wings I just capped and hid under the carpet.

The after market seats may sit a little higher than original.

As far as what seats will fit, check the dimensions of the replacement seats. Web sales like Summit and others give the outside dimensions of the seats.
