I have been a member of the other forum for 8+ years, but have not used this forum much yet, but after getting some great responses to some questions regarding spark plugs, I though I'd go ahead and introduce myself by posting some pictures and info on my fairly new acquisition. Several names look familiar to me, but many are new. Here are some specs:

3" Stainless Exhaust with Power Effects Mufflers
Mezeire HD Electric Water Pump

Beautiful. What are all the switches for? Bottle heater, nitrous, line lock, cooling fans?

I assume you race it? How does the Centerforce hold up?

Thanks Pianoguy!

The switches on the center console, between the seat adjustment controls, are for the bottle warmer and activates the system. When the system is activated, the MSD controller and FJO progressive controller takes over and retards the timing, changes the primary rev limiter while under WOT. The blue button purges the system.

The button in the center console, in front of the cup holders activates the line lock. When this is activated, the MSD controller secondary rev limiter kicks in so the motor is not over-revved (set at 5k rpm).

I do not plan on racing it, but that is what the car was built for. The clutch is still strong and does not slip. The car will live more of a show life while I own it. The previous owner ran it several times and had time slips of low, low 12's at 118 +- mph on motor, low 11's on 75 shot, and deep in the 10's on a 200 shot (ET streets). He also personally had the car over 180 once or twice. I don't plan on pushing the car to any of these extremes, but I can tell you that it will hit 100 before you realize it. I really have enjoyed the car so far and plan on doing some dressing up of the motor over the winter. I'm really not a fast driver, so having a car this aggressive, especially the exhaust note, allows me to not push the car while letting folks know that this car is not a stock C4.

The motor is really toooo much on street tires. First and much of 2nd has major traction issues, unless it is a very hot day and the tires are hot and sticky. If my wife rides in it, WOT is off limits for me!!

It is still streetable, but is thirsty and is not the smoothest running car at idle.

Very nice car - I'd love to take it for a "light" cruise.

Yep, it is difficult to hide in this thing. Yellow, loud, and fast can be a dangerous combination!!
