Even though Denis (that's how he spells it) is not of the same political bent as me, I still can't help but like him. He has that healthy cynicism that seems to be a requirement for navigating life with some degree of sanity and so I respect our differences. I'm a hopeless addict to his TV show, Rescue Me. He's done a fantastic amount of work raising money for various fire departments for equipment and other necessary resources. He definitely puts his money, time and efforts where his mouth is. He's my kind of guy and one of the good guys, without a doubt.
