Good morning CGs!

How is the day so far? I was up with the baby last night, she didn't want to cooperate going back to sleep, lol. I'm a little tired but I'll make it. Had a fun day yesterday jet skiing. We were on the beach from about 11-6. Perfect weather, good friends. Can't beat that on a Sunday. I'm a little beat up after about 3 hours of jet skiing with the waves (Lake Michigan) but it was fun. Used a ton of sunscreen since I'm pasty white, but I still got a little tan, anyway.

How was everyone else's weekend? Hope everyone has a great day!

I was posting my own Chat thread, then saw Matt's. So I attempted to merge his into mine, but his had a higher topic ID, so I had to merge mine into Matt's.

But my original reply seems to have vanished.

Oh well, no biggie... Except now I'm not sure if I merged the threads right. My original thread seems to be gone, so it KINDA worked...

Newbie moderators.... Sheesh.


Anyway, nothing new here, really. I gained a pound last week, despite not missing a walk. Kinda bummed, but I will keep at it.

The day started fine then I had to call Range Control and they made my day bad. Bastages changed just about every way they did things and did not tell ANYONE so now they expect me to jump through hoops! It really makes me made because after they asked me to do something and I reluctently agreed 10 mins latter they showed up at my door (after I left) and demanded the paperwork I promised!! They did not even give me time to type the crap up!!! I am seeing red right now....

Chris - It's water weight. Don't focus so much on the scale, because it lies. You should go based on how you feel, clothing fit, energy level, etc....You're doing fine, just keep it up. And make sure not to "starve" yourself, because your body will revolt and actually cause you to gain weight. It's a reactionary measure in your metabolism. Keep us posted.

Dale - movie was decent, but Jack Nicholson did a great job with the character. I just thought the line was funny

John - just tell your guys to go cut the grass again. They don't need to know how to shoot.

Oh yeah, I hit the big 50 on Monday,, I was so excited I forgot....

now the big question is,,,,,,,,,,, how does this 30 year old get out of this 50 year old body..?
