Ugh, what horrible coverage. I follow ALMS yet was completely unable to follow the NBC attempt at coverage.
They skipped big chunks of racing without telling you what the hell you missed, they ignored major position battles, and basically made it a 2 hour Gil DeFerran tribute show. Painful. I had to check the time left in the race at each commercial break so I could see how many minutes they cut out each time. Nice result for the C^.R team, though. It would have been cool to see the 3rd place battle develop, but whatever. |
