Hell , back in the day when we wanted to have a party like that we went deep, deep into the woods to a quiet country farmhouse setting and proceeded to party like it was 1999. The police never bothered anybody because they couldn't get by the guys at the gate without a warrant. They used to just watch from the outside. I believe they thought of it like containment.

Yo brian.

Your young, your wild and your free.

I wouldn't be surprised if you had the power of music in you.

That being said. You jumped into a car not knowing much about it and their is a lot that needs to be done. I remember when I was a teenager a friend of mine bought a 61 Chevy Impala for $50. It had a problem with a transmission leak. We topped off the tranny and drove it about 12 miles when the tranny ran out of fluid again. We got some more transmission fluid and he drove the car to his house where it sat for a few months. Someone offered him $50 for the car and he sold it.
The next car he bought for $700. A beautiful 1967 Pontiac GTO. It didn't need much and he had limited funds but he really wanted to put a set of side-pipes on that baby. It also needed a set of tires because he pretty well toasted the tires that came with it showing everybody how it could lay down 100 feet of rubber on the drop of a hat. Let me see........sidepipes or tires? Sidepipes....of course!!!
About a month later I went to visit him in the hospital where he was recovering from a severe concussion. He kept asking over and over again what happened. You'd tell him the story and 3 minutes later he'd say...What happened?
What happened was he was running at a very high speed when one of his tires blew out. It sent him into spins until he was abruptly stopped by a telephone pole. The trunk of the car wrapped itself around the pole. They had to cut down the pole to lift the car off to take it to the junkyard.
Do you see what I'm trying to say here? Good; Because I don't even know the moral of this story. Other than your young, your wild, and your free. You'll make a few mistakes but it's all just part of the game.

Every time I chop off the locks I don't know who the guy staring back at me through the mirror is. It feels good though. My wife just came home from the hospital after a 6 day stay from a bad throat infection and tonsilitus. She has to go back for a second tonsilectomy in about 2 months.
Two years ago she had chicken pox for the second time. Geez........

Still open for suggestions. I can't do the Friday night stuff because I'm up at the crack of dawn on Saturday to work. Saturday night or Sunday is my best bet. But I autocross at least 1 Sunday a month. Maybe we could meet for breakfast on Memorial Day somewhere. Im off for two weeks starting Apr 21 so that gives me a little flexability in that time frame too.

I've been avoiding the heavy hitters and going with the young guns somewhat. But when I chose Jeffy-Boy they put him into the wall. When I chose Tony Terrific he ended up in the back of the pack. I pick Biffle but the stars haven't been in alignment or sumpin. I like Jimmy-J but I've been saving him for later.
The funny thing is I put Nascar down for the past couple of years and I've been lukewarm all season so far. When everything went over the top with all the corporate sponsorship B.S. I started drifting away. Sports just aint what they used to be.
