Good morning. Prayers for all of you Tee, this is a hard spot to be in.
Overcast here and cold. House cleaning on tap but prob not happening. I just now got up. I can't remember the last time I slept this late and could have still slept. I've got a suspicion what's up with me, every person, house and pet that I've had to take car of I just lost (house sold January), then shot in hip to relive inflammation. All that reduces my stress cortisol level and I feel like emotionally I guess I'm bottoming out or something getting back where I need to be. Of course my doc has me on hrt and I felt awful so I backed off that as I feel I dont need as much now and I think it helped. I'm a bit stressed about upcoming taxes but that's about it. No hospitals, no Medicare paperwork, no worry about a house that will get broken into, no middle of the night phone calls, no being up in the middle of the night for stuff. It's a relief but one heck of an adjustment.
I might start purging the house today, need to haul some stuff to donation anyway. In other news, tickets are bought and we tour the Vette plan june 8, 22 cars going.

Good morning. Very sorry to hear about the FIL Tee, very tough spot. I'm not sure the rules and regs of where they are going to place him but don't sigh the arbitration agreememnt, and make sure they list all family as "compassionate caregivers" in the event of covid-style lockdowns again. This is state law here now thanks to our advocacy group but it's not federal yet, your state may be different. We're trying to get it federal.
Gloomy out this morning, I woke up way too early for the time I went to bed . I need to turn this house upside down and shake the dust out and declutter and just ain't in the mood. This weather has me lazy and depressy. I need energy and sunshine. Whoever left their winter weather here needs to come get it.

Good evening, was a beautiful day here, had eye doc appt and he put in something called 'plugs' in my tear ducts. Somehow they don't stop them up but rather keep the 'tear trough' along lower eyeline full and when you blink your 'tear film' is more like it should be. My eyes stay dry due to the computer work, this should help. will also help with allergies he says. How he maneuvered that tiny thing into there I have no idea. Felt real weird, too. Permanent ones in 2 weeks if this helps. Gym after then went to hip surgeon to see what their issue is with the follow up visit I'm supposed to have and no return calls all week when I've been calling them. This shot will wear off soon. Talked to his nurse I'm to be there Monday at 2:30 now. I told her either y'all get me tended to or I'll just go back to UAMS I have no issues either way. I just want fixed.

Good morning Gris, same here, raining and cold. I'm sick of it. Waiting on time to gripe about it being too hot. Hoping for a slow day up here today, got one approved yesterday and it's printed already, got another small job already approved early this morning so got that turned in soon as I got here, gonna make a few phone calls and see if I can get some others off their hind ends.
Also hate to see governments lift authority from police and such to allow increases in crime in some areas. Noticed that not long after Lightfoot was not re-elected in Chicago the police chief made a hasty exit as well. Whole world seems to be turning upside down. I guess I'm getting old to the new ways of the world. I try to be open minded, but some things just leave me scratching my head.

Good morning, not much going on over the weekend just tried to rest some. Did get some yard work done Saturday then just sat out by the fire. Slept late both days, tried to go fishing yesterday but didn't get anything worth noting, just a small tiny fish I think we both caught the same one. Went to a different spot, watched the sunset, stopped by Home Depot and came home.

Good morning, yep Gris it's here. Stuff started about the time the vette club meeting let out and boomed during the night. Woke up to standing water everywhere and it tapered off about 9am. Rain rain, go away come again another day when we actually need it, let's say august?
Working today on my off day , have been covered up plus I can always use extra cash. Figured it would be a quiet day since I'm normally not here but have had folks in and out all morning. I came in to do two specific jobs and not been able to touch them yet.

Gloomy day today, kinda on the cool side. Storms were south of us, happening again tonight, hope they stay south. Supposed to be beautiful this weekend, might be some fishing in our future.
Sent proofs for a logo and a wrap yesterday, didn't make either of them happy although I did what they asked. Start over, meter still ticking. I do have one approval from another so will get that sent over to production today, and I have yet another to start. Too much crap, not enough time.
Car club meeting next town over tonight, dont want to go. Dont want to be that far out with storms, plus I hear the food is awful. Hardly worth a 45 minute drive and by the time I get there it'll be too late to eat anyway.

Good afternoon, rain moving in here, storms around 5, then let up then again later. Storms tomorrow, high winds Friday, it was just summer Monday and Tuesday, next week I think snow. Mother Nature needs a midol. she crams all four seasons in here in 72 hours.
Been covered up at work, couple new jobs in today, a custom job and then an Odyssey. Lady just got that and sent it on over and we'll just keep it here till done. I have a Peterbuilt in line ahead of her. Have a logo in process too, his person for his old one is out of business and wants me to redo it. Says he didn't like old one so I'm out 3 hours and did EXACTLY what he asked and he just sent me a hateful text wanting the old one identical. Ugh. He literally said he didn't want a replica of old one. I hate people sometimes.
Thanks for the car compliments, she's an oldie but a goodie. I still have stuff to do but it was nice to get out in it.

It was gorgeous when I got off work so went by the bank then took the long way home, stopped to get a pic on the way.
Yeah, I think battery was 260 when the dust settled. I'm still mad I left the other one hooked up or it mightve still worked. I hate when crap is my fault

good morning, beautiful here supposed to be 72 and sunny, light breezes. Absolutely perfect day and I have to work indoors with no windows. Do have a doc appt at 230 so that will provide me a little enjoyment. Drove the vette today. New battery Saturday since my ignorant self didn't have it on a tender and it sat too long ruining my 3-year old red top. I got a different one this time but it was still nearly 300. Our club's bowling tournament for St. Jude was a success again, I think between $6 and $7 grand raised for that, had a huge turnout. Have an approval from Trane Co-op I'm waiting on for a heat and air dude's wrap then a couple of custom design jobs to work on. I'm not getting feedback from one so I will push him to the side and work on this other one till he wants to communicate. Also have a senior center I did some windows for a while back needing van wrap so will she what she's working with when she gets back to me.

Good morning, supposed to be 70 here today but very windy. T omorrow will be 72 and sunny, perfect day, of course it's when I have to work. I need to change my schedule I guess. Our st. jude bowling tournament went well, packed house, got home and made soup and cornbread, Arron had to be outside fixing a busted pipe in the pool house. He ate like 4 bowls, it's a wonder he didn't bust. House cleaning planned today but still feel like I need to sleep, we'll see what the day brings after more coffeee.

I've been noticing C4s coming back up for a while now and wishing I'd kept mine all those years ago, and kinda wished I'd got one a bit back. Oh well. I don't care to sell to friends either, as is def means as is but friends tend to think otherwise and you never hear the end of it. We had our bowling tournament today, huge turnout, and from the looks of it made quite a bit. There was another tourney after ours and they agreed to give us half their take too. Awesome. Am home making us some soup and cornbread, its cold and raining here. And he's having to be outside fixing a busted pipe in the pool house. He turned all that back on and heard it. Seems that crap happens out there every freaking spring. Pipes were empty so not sure what happened.

Good morning, drizzling here and cold, and now they say snow in a day or two. That's Arkansas weather, all 4 seasons in a week.
Ran some errands yesterday and had a good gym workout, Arron finished the motor in this cat pee smelling suv out here, we may deliver that one later today. Vette club dinner cruise at a local pizza joint with craft beer tonight. We have our "alley cruise" bowling tournament tomorrow at 1 to benefit St. Jude. I need to clean house in there somewhere.
Going to look at an 04 Escalade, gold with 400,000 miles on it. You read that right. Allegedly a guy arron works with who used to own a shop in town did all the service work on it and it's clean as a pin. Guy bought it new and kept it up nice. I'd like to resell it. IT has a security issue and won't run and Arron happens to be able to fix that pretty easily and it's only $700 since the dude is wanting it out of his way. Story is he took it to Chevy to fix and they ignored him or something and he got mad and took it back home. Nothing else Arron can drive it and let his truck rest a bit, or he'll fix it and since it's tax time we'll sell it if it's all he says it is. We shall see.

Good morning, I was about to go look for that same song. There's a kid at a school near here "identifies" as a cat and school allegedly was forced to put in a litter box and claims that the parents do at home as well. Whole bunch of horseshi*t if you ask me. They all need took behind the woodshed then sent to boot camp to straighten them out. I'm also not one to notice a Prius when it goes by, just another bean shaped silver car. Yeah this one will be SEEN.
Nothing much going on here, off today, and of course that means its raining and cold. It was summer yesterday, we had record highs and the sun was out. Woke up at 6, then laid back down a while, hoping to get some energy and go get my rat killing done and maybe hit the gym also.

Tommy, we have a cold front moving in (again) high tomorrow is 48. If that suits you I'll be happy to swap, we're sick of it.
Just had a dude leave my office, left a deposit for custom design work on a Tahoe. He came all the way from freaking Nashville. I've done work for him before but I guess I made him happy, he drove all the way here to sit with me and discuss this new project and hand me a check. And, the florescent Prius that came in for a color change wrap is done and that guy is over the moon. I absolutely love happy folks. Made my whole dam week. I thought that car would look awful and I kinda like it. It's like looking at the sun, photo don't do it justice . Florescent yellow satin, added graphics, painted door handles, gloss black roof.

good morning, so ready for spring. I have a few flowers poking up with blooms, an evergreen I'm worried about, lost one, and then a ton of some other shrubs that I am also worried about. I can't afford a couple grand to replace all that crap, or more, depending. I'm sick of the extremes here, this is just the last 3 years or so. Can't have anything.
Hoping for a quiet day in the office today, I do have one coming from 2 hours away to bring me a deposit and discuss a Tennessee Titans/Military wrap for an old Tahoe. I've done work for him before so he's allright. Have a few other I need to call. That should do me for today.

The semi trailer folks came yesterday and they "thought" they were dealing with a profession when the dude went somewhere else after our first visit. I refuse to commit intellectual theft of that magnitude and get me sued, so offered to create a scene similar with my licensed stuff. I do compositing. Well his other 'professional' has made a $6500 mess of stuff and now he was in here talking about how he wants me to fix it all since he sees now that I'm the pro after all. Pardon me but he can eff off. I want no part of it after me being trashed. And, he sure ain't gettin' it for free, it'll be $65 an hour

Yes, having a pull-behind gives me my vehicle when the camper is parked. that's why I'd prefer one, plus it's just the two of us, we don't need a bus. I can't justify the cost vs usage, and then if you want your car you have to tow it too. I'll pass. I don't want to take a small train just to camp lol.
Warm again today, rain due tomorrow. Never know in Arkansas what you'll get. I have a utility vehicle to finish and proof today and then some dudes with the semi trailer are supposed to come in and pick what they want me to print out of the 7 files they've sent me. I'm already pissed off at the dude and he's ran his mouth about me saying I didn't want to do his work, when I TRIED to do his work . He was mad that I didn't want to commit copyright infringement of a very famous movie painting scene. Solid nope, don't want sued. I offered to recreate it and spent an hour being nice to the guy. Now what "his" guy did, has the stuff ruined and guess where he came back to? I'd just as soon not be part of it at this point unless he can apologize to me to my face.

Im old too, and getting cold and wet I just don't dig. I don't want that hassle. I'm at that "get off my lawn" age so an enclosed unit would suit me best now. But the Class As are just too big. It's just the two of us. The 5th wheels are a no-go, and I just saw one about 26 ft that has an outdoor kitchen in the side, plus the bed I can walk all around so easy to clean and make, and the commode had it's own closet and wasn't in with the shower. The sink was a double and appliances were nice. The people took out the bunks and installed a stackable washer and dryer so that was a plus, and the dinette thing had been removed so you could put a smaller table in there with normal chairs or just have more room for recliners or a sofa. I'm liking it. Wondering if the Rover would tow it easily, I'm sure it would knock a dent in the gas mileage. Arron wants a bus says they're easy to drive.

Good morning, off today an it's cloudy out so my mood is not what it ought to be to get crap done. Why does gloomy skies make people gloomy too? I need to clean house, clean out garage and purge some junk, water plants, etc and meal prep.I doubt any of that will happen.
Yeah I'd like a C7 or a C8, but there's a Rover here now so I will have my C6 for eternity I'm sure. Considering a small camper of a sort and a cheap used boat to poke around in now and then. I like tent camping, Arron not so much but I also like to camp in spring and fall and it gets cold and rainy. I want a 26ft or so pull behind he wants a ginormous bus kind. and, I need to get a lawnmower building purchased so the shop can get cleaned out and him have more room out there. Decisions, decisions.

Good morning. I can't believe I'm the first one in here. Looks pretty outside today, glass door feels warm so I'll venture out in a bit with my 2nd cup . Not much planned today except rest and sit around, might go fill up the trucks with my Kroger points that's about it. We're discussing a camper purchase , and I had my eye on a tiny boat and of course it sold already. Arron thinks one of those giant bus rvs are best, I'm not interested in waggling all that around. It's just the two of us we don't need a rolling mansion. I found a little pull behind 26' I like, so long as there's a nice kitchen area, a bed I can walk around and a toilet that isn't part of the shower I'm good. One of those outdoor kitchen contraptions made into the side of it is a bonus. And you can find em pretty cheap . I did find one that had a drop down back deck off it, but it was a 5th wheel and not interested in that either.

Good afternoon, nothing happening here either really. Started off sunny and now it's cloudy and colder. Woke up too early so rode to next town over with Arron, he had some side jobs for our body shop friend over there that painted my car. We got there, all went to eat lunch then I took our truck and went to the gym, then got some stuff from the store. I got back in time to pick him up and we came back home. Might get out tomorrow and gas up the vehicles but that's about it. I have Kroger points that add up to 1.60/gal off so we'll fill up both at once.

good morning Gris, yes we got hammered last night - all night with rain, wind, some got huge hail, tornado watches from 10pm to 5am, then it was extended. Did some garage and shop rearranging last night to accommodate the truck, bikes, rover and such. We got the least amount of it but we still got plenty. Not sure what rain gauges say but it was a lot. Trying to clear off now, system started moving out around 9. Cold coming. This is our "third winter" according to the Arkansas weather charts.
I too am sick of all the division and bs in our society and government. And, sick to death of those like AOC who can't leave our crap alone. She needs to GTFO already.
Slow day at the office and I'm allright with it. Not much sleep last night due to storms and the night before woke up way too early so was lacking sleep. Ready for a nap already.

Good morning, Nice gate Tee, always good work.
We got to Missouri around midnight, snuck in and back up at 8 to get fed and Arron and Don start in on the Cobra. He's been stressing all week, couldn't get help to set the body on, so they did that first. Original builder where he bought it put calipers on wrong so that was next to correct then they got busy. 18 hours later with a 2 hour dirt dauber in the fuel line delay later and it was running. Nearly all wiring complete, dash is in, lights on front and rear in and working, it's about to be a car. We got home around 10 last night. He still has a ways to go but he's well far ahead now and should make his car meet by end of March.
Im off today and will be busy holding down my lounge chair.

Good afternoon, sunny here, stray cloud or two. Laundry almost done, dishes going, lunch cooking. Bout to head to town to pay water bills, then come home and wash the rover and put a coat of wax on there if nothing else happens. Then get packed to head out tonight to Missouri. He didn't get the body on the cobra so we will help with that and then Arron will start wiring. Should head home late Sunday afternoon. We're going to Tebbetts, MO and hopefully me and his wife can hit a market or two and pick up some cheap fleas.

Good morning, cloudy and misty today, hoping it moves on out. Have a logo to do for a client and waiting on approval for another, plus a couple more I need to call. Good morning Tee. Drippy here and cool , storms tonight now instead of all day today. They mentioned the "T" word just now, not in the mood for that at all. Planned to go to the gym and then grocery store tonight but not much sleep so might just put that off one more night. Have a car layout to do today, kid wants neon yellow with some black and grey accents, have a few other things to do too. Missouri trip postponed from last weekend to this weekend is still a maybe, will find out tomorrow evening, depends on him getting the body on the car. Arron will be doing the wiring and I will keep his wife busy.

Good morning, warm and cloudy today, makes for a rain coming. We're due 4" tomorrow. Seems lately weather is just extremes. I miss when stuff was normal, regular seasons you could count on.
Hoping to not be covered up today, still asleep. The doorbell alarm went off around 6 this morning, feral cats that roam. There needs to be something done about them and not sure why the city only deals with dogs and dont' pick up stray cats. I have 3. They are soon to find a new home.

Good afternoon, been beautiful here, 63 and sunny. no complaints, two days in a row. Winter will make another return in a few days though, it ain't done yet. Kinda like that mad spouse, leaves the room then storms back in "and another thing"... yeap, that's winter for you.
Got up and had coffee and sat out for a bit then had a routine doc wellness visit, all good there, come back next year, except hip and that's a diff doctor. I did get that injection so last full week I've been getting around good with very little discomfort. Sleep has been better too, again no complains.
Back to the grindstone tomorrow, Missouri trip still a possibility this weekend.

I don't know any of them except the mom and don't know her very well. Got the house cleaned yesterday so no plans for today except rest. Make it a good one ya'll.

Good afternoon, cold here but sun is out and ice is mostly gone except for shady spots in the grass. Highways cleared off Thursday afternoon. I was out running around yesterday and started feeling run down. Went to get my hair cut anyway and came home, sat around. Got up today, didn't sleep good but intent on cleaning some since Arron would be gone a while. Sat down, had my coffee/protein mix, talked to a friend on the phone, then ugh. Upset stomach big time, felt like I was gonna barf. Still not feeling good and no appetite, feels like I swallowed a rock, hoping this isn't bug going around. supposed to be sunny tomorrow and really didn't want to do anything but still need to finish cleaning. And was just informed I had a baby shower I'm supposed to be at. Great, no gift. Looks like gift card it is.

In other news, remember the LaVergne, Tn police sex scandal with that female officer? I just learned yesterday that one of the suspended male officers I personally knew. They used to live across the street from me, his mother was my bestie and also my housekeeper. I just talked to her on the phone a week or so ago. Larry was a star officer, quickly promoted, photos in the paper all the time of good deeds, etc and had just got bought a house. I've been up to visit them once in Nashville a few years ago. Weird. If you see the names or photos, it was Larry Holladay. The rest of his extended family still lives here. Small world

25 when we headed out the door this morning, roads slicker than slug snot but we made it fine. Saw 2 in the ditches on the way. Can't seem to get warm in here but think I finally have the bedroom Nest thermostat figured out. Heat would come on when you walked by it, then when it kicked off it would get cold. Yesterday I saw it at 63. I have a puck that reads the actual temperature since it's warmer usually at the thermostat, and I shut off "auto scheduling". Turns out there's a "eco" setting I didn't know about and it allowed the heat to drop to 63. I bumped that up to 68 so finally stayed warm all night. Don't figure our add-on is insulated correctly anyway. Working on getting the bus ready for print, having to mess with some color to make stuff match. I used what they sent but it's jacked and really uneditable the way I got it, so rigging it is. Y'all keep warm, stay safe and have a good one.

I'm ready to make the Florida move myself, or more southwest. Need to fix all the stuff the house needs, then purge some crap and why not? We don't have parents or kids it's just us.
Gris, I do have some cast irons but have to be careful with the glass cooktop using those. Also, mine got heated to "clean" them some years back and I think it ruined them and stuff will still stick no matter how I season it. This new one is lifetime warranty (arent they all those lol), plus it goes from stovetop to oven to dishwasher. Others you can't put in the DW. We'll see. I did get a newer iron but don't like it as well as I did my older ones.
Sitting at the office today, figured it would be non productive with all the ice we're getting. My bus was finally approved so I can get that outta here after 3 months. have a few other things to keep me busy, not sure we'll be here tomorrow or the next day though, we're getting more "thundersleet" as they call it. I'm sick of winter, beyond sick of it. I have flowers trying to come up already and of course, this mess always seems to happen the last 3 years. Tommy to me it seems the ones who are the most racial are the ones hollering for everyone else not to be. The Memphis cop beatdown of that young man is hot news around here. Thats 45 mins from me. All 5 black officers on one black kid, no reason. Now there's one white cop that was in on it also. He's the one who actually pulled the young man from the car and started it. Of course all the news page comments say "I can't believe black men did this to their own".

Good afternoon. Very cold here and ice on the way. Got tipped off at an estate sale late last night with a super hoard of all the crap I want. Two floor vases (those sell for $1000 and up) and all sorts of others. I saw one I'm neeeding in white, $20 and it sells for 80. My friend was headed up, tried to buy last night over phone and prepay, she was adamant sale at 830. She gets there and the lady let somebody in at 7 who got all what we were going after. I didn't get far when I heard and came back home. Now I've only had 5 hours of sleep and can't nap. Beyond mad at the seller. Vases like those for cheap will never happen to me again. Oh well. I hope she gets her karma.
Needed to clean house today just too tired and run down. I have to do some stuff though. We're headed to Missouri Friday for the weekend so he can help Don with the Cobra. Id like to come home to a clean house.
Spent couple hundred just now on ONE frying pan. This mess better be worth it. 14" hybrid pan from Hexclad. Supposed to be top notch stuff. I've gone through 3 of the $40 ones so far so this better be the end of it. If I like it, the rest is quite pricey unfortunately.

bout 50 here, yesterday ended up being sunny although cooler. Nice couple days except for the rain we got starting last night. Got up early Friday, unintentionally, so grabbed cousin and took her to some flea markets. She doesn't get around well due to her knees and she felt good and was wanting out for a bit and I was getting out anyway so we made a day of it. Headed to the next town to take some stuff to my friends Retro shop, ended up going to an auction with her. She got ALL the pyrex and I got one bowl from '62 only, promotional piece, and I got an amethyst L.E. Smith glass pitcher. I got them for bout half what they sell for and I intend to keep these so didn't mind paying a little more. Appears one other person wanted the pitcher they ran me up a bit. It's allright, I paid 45 and they sell for just over $100. Im good. Headed to the store today and just got back, looks like a nap day. Rained a lot on us last night, and tomorrow night through Thursday we're getting ice. Figures, last week the rest of the state got snow, we get crappy ice. That's what living in the butthole of the state gets you.
Maybe get my new lights hung up later. We have two of the "boob" lights in the hall, I hate those, they're coming down and replacing the outdated fixture in the dining room with a knockoff Sputnick. They're not expensive but I got it at the Restore for $25 and I'll paint it brass.

Yes Matt I stay covered up in this office, and it's not even summer yet. I dread that if it gets any busier. Usually it's dead in the winter, I'm at least a month out, install is farther than that right now.

good afternoon - cold here but the sun has tried to come out. West of the state got 16" of snow, we got rain. I'm very okay with it, I hate snow.
Been busier in here than a one legged cat in a full litter box and there's no end in sight. Can't get anything worked on today for others coming in or calling and interrupting me and taking up my time, then that leaves the rest to gripe that Im not getting to them fast enough. Can't win. I do what I can, I"m one person.
I have an hour left and haven't had a break all day so for all it's worth to me I'm quitting for today and just gonna sit in here while it's quiet. Tint dude next door's GF was in the office next to me doing some remote working today and she is LOUD AF. Gave me a headache. I guess she don't know how loud she is? She works for DHS so not sure if she was yeling or that's just her. Hope she's not here tomorrow I need to get crap done. I have two Peterbuilt daycabs, a bus, two utility trucks, a custom design for a Tahoe, some logos to do and an assortment of other stuff.

good afternoon , super cold this morning when I left, went out a bit ago to measure a van and it was very nice and warm. Now it's cloudy and supposed to snow. All four seasons in one day here. Walked into a blizzard of crap at work, I've got more than I'll ever get done with. Nursing home bus bout to be on month three with dragging theirs out. Says proofs okay but then had me change something. Of course that has to go to corporate and we wait again. I'm sick of looking at it. I currently have 14 folders on my desk plus 2 other emails that's bout to be new starts so make it 16. And it ain't even summer yet.

Good afternoon, sunny but cold here, same for the next few days besides Wednesday when half the state gets a ton of snow and the other half gets nothing. we're on the line so preparing for it in case. Not done much all weekend, Saturday thrifted all day and took it all to the shop to sell. Scored some blenko vintage glass, Pyrex, a like new vintage crock pot, 2 actually, gave one to aunt, selling the other and helped her price things. Sunday and today not done anything except go get my shot in my hip this morning. Arron is mad at them at work again so not sure what's up next for him. He's done he says. Just when the last of my worries left, here comes another. Such as life they say .

Matt seems you're always fixing stuff and Tommys always on vacation. I'm with you, having trouble feeling sorry for Tommy here but he's not wrong. Going on a trip is a ton of work, at least for me. Gathering crap, packing me packing his stuff, packing beach stuff and then groceries when we're almost there. Getting 'set up' wears me out when I get there. then getting it all tore down ready to come home then getting home and unpacking. He drives. that's it. He drives. period.
around 50 here today but sun was out so that helped. I went thrifting and picked up some Blenko glass, Pyrex and assorted other things to sell at my friend's shop. Managed to find not one but 2 vintage crockpots like new. My aunt was looking for one so I gave it to her. Only cost me $4. The other was $7 and I'll sell it for 35ish. Got my list made.
Heading there tomorrow to take her a vintage Majestic yellow fireplace I'll put $2800 on. I'd rather keep it but for now it's in the way and she can make a nice vignette with it till I need it back. Also taking some MCM swung vases to consign.
