I'm sorry, I think you misunderstood me. I am extremely happy with the pcm reset. I have been on other forums where they have hammered people for naming companies that are not sponsors. I didn't want to be that guy.
Here is the question, if I unhook the sensor and drive the car and everything is ok should I continue to do that?

I had the computer reset to accept them because I want to install nitrous. I also had to have it reset because I went from 259 gears to 373. It ran great for several weeks after getting it back from the folks that did the work. I don't know if they are a sponsor so I won't name them.

Not sure of the brand I will check. Everything else seems to check out ok. On the injectors I assume 70k which is on the car. I have 30lb injectors to install. Less than 1k miles. I am going to install them and see what is going on. I will check the others and report back.

a year ago the car started running rough. It felt like a carb loading up ( I know it's FI just description) codes read the oxy sensor on driver exhaust was reading lean causing the computer to up the fuel. Replaced it, everything was good. 2 weeks ago it started again. Took to to the shop, oxy sensor is reading the same thing?
I have put about 3k miles on it since last year. I thought about pulling the wire on the sensor and seeing what would happen. If the sensor is bad again, any idea why this would be happening again?

Congrats on the PB, they are hard to come by. My PB is showing up on schedule. We had nasty storms here last week but it cleared up and I got to drive my 94 pg all weekend after getting the PCM back. Life is good... super windy today, of course, had to drive 400 miles RT in my Silverado. I'm wore out.

I have two trucks and will not get rid of them for a gas saver. the 94 doesn't get good mileage either but it is a weekend driver. The only thing I will do is keep my 4.3 mercruiser boat instead of upgrading to a v-8. It pulls us around pretty good and only legally seats seven the v-8 fits 11. And that is just more people to haul around.

You guys are all a little older than me but I always enjoy talking to the WWII guys then shutting up and listening. They are a natural resource that is truly going away.

Hey guys, if you knew him as long as I have you would have a new respect for his clean garage. :-)
I remember the days when he was beginning doing things like this. With this build he has become the type of guy people like me come to so we can do our builds.
In case your wondering, he is my brother and I am damn proud of him.
Keep going, also, thanks for all the help on my project so far

My brother in law just gave me 12" saw blades for the rear. I kept the 9" on the front. I bought Nitto 555's. 315-35-zr17 rears and 275-40-zr17's front. The pics aren't great I will try to get better.

I'll bet if I posted for a mud truck club I would have been overwhelmed by responses! :-)

How about if I widen my search? Does anyone know of any within 100 miles of my area? That would put Memphis in the group, the edge of Birmingham, Jackson Tn, Starkville/Columbus area?

I don't know it is going into nuetral, it might just be pegging out at 6k. That is really the only way I can explain it. I am going to send it back. My brother knows the guy who did it. I might not have given him the proper info. Thanks for the help.

I had the gears changed from 259's to 373's. The car ran fantastic. amazing change. I sent the computer to be flashed. ever since the car won't shift when floored. It will hit 6k and instead of shifting it seems to go into neutral. It is an automatic and it is a 94. I can force it to shift by letting off the gas. I am wondering if the flash didn't work. I am also wondering if the transmission was damaged somehow. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Hey y'all, I'm new to the site. I have 94 polo green coup. I recently changed the rear end gears from 259's to 373's. I am looking to add nos and new exhaust, shocks, and tires as money allows.
