..on the march Gris, we had 3/4" of rain last night and looks like more coming. My lawn is green as a gourd, amazing what a little fertilizer and rain will do....

Worked on changing out the spark plugs on the C5 last night. No easy task but I learned you can take out that separation wall around the battery which makes it so much easier on #'s 2, 4, 6, and 8. No such luck on the other side...#5 and 7 are going to be a challenge.... I love a good challenge... I know my back was stiff this morning from all the bending over... but I shall endeavor the persevere ....

Spark plugs are never easy. Helps to have all of the variations of spark plug sockets, swivels, and flex head ratcheting wrenches. Sometimes you have to use extensions or move things out of the way.

Last month I got my new insurance quote for the cars and house. It went up dramatically. My agent shopped around for me and the new policy (different carrier) is $2,000 less a year. Hard to believe. That's why you need to change carriers every year or two.

OH NO! I RAN OUT OF FOLGERS INSTANT COFFEE. Now I have to do percolated coffee for the next two days. Sue doesn't drink coffee so I usually just go with instant unless we have company over.
Getting two loads of 57 rock to build up the low area in the back yard. It wont stop all the flooding but it will elevate it 4 to 12" back there. $750 a load. Jeez Louise. Waiting for the second load now. Sue will spread it with the skidsteer. My back and right wrist are in pain so no shoveling for me. Sucks because I'm right handed and use that hand for everything. (No response from Tom or Matt necessary)

Pretty day here, we had a nice shower last night, dropped a 1/3" of much needed rain. I guess we had quite a few of those while we were gone, but we never turn down moisture.

Been working out in the shop the last couple of days assembling cabinets, now just waiting for the space to be completed so we can install them.

...I don't know it I ever had instant coffee.... I remember Sanka from the olden days.....
