Sorry I've been MIA for a bit. Glad the site is up and working again.

It's cooled off considerably here. No more Indian summer. Cold and rain the last few days.

Corvette is up on the rack for now and I am driving the Camaro. Vette needs an oil change so I'll hopefully get to that this week. I did sort out my coolant leak from a few weeks ago. I suspected the water pump but after a pressure test it turned out to be loose connections under the expansion tank. A couple of turns on the hose clamps and good to go.

VB - I've used a few different spray detailers. Most seem to leave a little streaking at first. I just flip over the soft cloth and wipe it again. Just figured that's the way it is.

On a side note, if Tommy is streaking it might be more harmful to flip him over.

Been working my ass off on weed removal. Fall colors are in full display here. Green. Been catching up on lots of stuff around the house in an effort to secure some well deserved time off. With the slow growing season quickly approaching I am looking forward to it. There is always something that needs to be done but I want to put a big dent in it. Feeling better than I was but still far from perfect. Perfect I'm afraid will never be in the picture again so I just have to deal with it. Enjoy life gurus. I'm doing the best I can to do just that.

Holy cow that working for a living gets old real quick.... but the farmer I was helping is done with harvest so its back to my day job......whatever that is..... oh yeah working on the C5. Got some more parts in.. I am using my old stock C6 air intake system on the C5..... the MAF set up is different on each the C5 and the C6..... turns out the MAF set up on the C6 can be used by the C5 with a handy dandy adapt kit....

VB I been using Jay Leno's line of products and like them a lot. His regular detail spray is good but I am trying his new ceramic detailer and really like it. The best thing is they are very inexpensive. I think they have them at Wal Mart now but you can get them on Amazon also.

time to go in and have some supper..... eat beef Gurus if you can afford it.....

Hey guys, had my quarterly visit with the doctor today. Says I'm in good shape for as bad as I am. He did change my BP meds and gave me a shot in the knee to help with the swelling from when I laid my bicycle over back in August. This evening my knee is swelled more than is has been...might have overdone some climbing around at the sheriffs office this afternoon, but...

I finished up my part of the sheriffs office project today and turned in a bill. Finished up the construction of an Advent candle/wreath stand for a church in the town to the west of us. I'll spray finish on it tomorrow.
