Top o'the mornin to ya and the rest of the day to meself.

I'm shaking a little because I'm so pissed off. Sue pursued legal action against our neighbors against my warning. All that has happened was there was a temporary restraining order to have the offending dog removed. That was overturned yesterday and the order disolved. Just got the attorneys bill for this round of actions. Another $7900. So far Sue has dumped 20k into fighting this. Again as mentioned I cautioned against this pursuit from he beginning. 20k evaporated. I could have fenced our whole acre and a quarter lot with a high quality fence for that amount. F it. On top of it the neighbor is headed for forclosure and a likely bankruptcy so there would be no financial recovery. Sue can waste her money as she see's fit. Can't take it with you. Right? I hope she can see daylight and drop this. I'll do my best to persuade her.

Morning guys.... I have some volunteer work to do at church this morning, then my massage and then headed to KC a stop in Lawrence to see GS #2, have supper and on to #3s house. Going to be a busy day.

holy moly....8 large for the lawyer.... I'm just thinking how much cheaper a bullet would have been... which of course civilized folks would not imagine doing... but you should get a silencer.... we have a company here in Corn country that specializes in silencers for any weapon.... let me know...

Sunshine blue skies and cold wind... it is not a Christmas where all the kids are coming to our house so we are slow to put up the tree and decorate ... so yeah a bah humbug year here.

As far as a fence in the ground, dogs dig and chew so they may dig under or they might do that plus chew through your boards. I'm with Marcus on this one I think. Handle it myself and pay a fine and it's over.
Sunny here, still trying to get unpacked in new office plus work. I have a ton to do both in work and getting sorted out in here. Office is larger but I miss the access and privacy of an entire office SUITE to my self plus the large windows I can look out when I need a break.
