Well, this car actually belongs to my buddy's MIL, but he does all the maintenance and repairs on all of her cars. It's been in his garage over the winter while he's been tinkering. We took the door panels off a few months ago to diagnose some problems with the locks and window motor. In the meantime, he rebuilt the wheel bearings, put on some new VCs, and a few other maintenance items. Last night we found that the window motor problem was a loose switch/connector and the door lock problem was a bad (butchered) switch and connector. That will have to be replaced later. I did get both door panels buttoned back up, though. A few pics to enjoy. Car has a recent paintjob. Not a show car, but a good driver.

C3's are just cool! I like the stripe but not sure about the hood. I like the L88 style hoods on the C3. I used to have one on my old Camaro that I liked. I remember those door pulls and door panel hardware from the old mid 70s Camaro too. Nice Car!

nice project

I've worked on late 70's early 80's cars and remember all those hoses!

Yeah, none of us like the hood...lol. It's some goofy aftermarket one with side vents. They want an original style, but it's the way they bought it.

I like the colors on the car. Is that electron blue? Could be Admiral Blue also. Either way it looks good.
