I seem to have 2 speeds on my fan all on or very little coming out the vents. It works on max cool but when I want to tone it down a little I push the buttons and it says 9,8,7 and so on but the speed is like a 1 or 2. Would someone know what needs replaced to make that work like new. Thanks

I think the 90 has a diagnostic mode you can check the head unit for errors. I'm not sure off the top of my head. Otherwise it's troubleshooting.

But on a side note, the c4s are notorious for weak blowers in general. My fan sucks, it's just the nature of the beast. I can't tell any difference in fan speeds from say 1 to 2 or 3, 5 to 6, etc. There is a difference between 1 and 10, but even 10 is weak.
