I need the help of Gurus to show me how to adjust my passnager window. It does not seal along the winshield post seal at the bottom. It has a 1/8th inch gap. instructions with photos would be very appreciated. Thanks in advanced to the Gurus......

ooh... this is an annoying one.

I don't have photos, but... there are a series of adjustments that can be made, but the process is really touch and go.

I will dig out the pages from my helm and see if I can scan them in. But I will warn you, the manual is vague. I hope others will chime in.

It's the "tip in" adjustment on the window. It's done with the regulator mounting bolts.
There's also a felt covered guide at the top of the door which many guys incorrectly use to adjust the tip in.
These felt guides need to be inspected while you're in there, when they go bad, you end up with a scratched window.

Have you had the door panels off before? There's a hidden screw or 2.

Scribe the regulator position on the door frame (this position must be kept or other adjustments will be out).

Loosen the regulator bolts and the rear stablizer guide.

Move the regulator in or out to adjust (hit or miss like Andy said).
When it's correct, tighten the reg and stabilzer.

Double check the felt guides for too much pressure which will wear them out and scratch the window.

If you've never removed the door panels before or don't have a FSM, there's a screw behind the door lock slider.

there are 2 hidden screws on the handle bezel, one behind the slide lock, one behind the light. a 3rd one can be seen behind the handle

there is another hidden screw behind the power window switch

5 screws along the bottom, 2 in the door pull 'cup'. one at the front 1/2 up one on the back above the hatch release

Window regulator top bolts will adjust tip in to a degree, there is a tip in and 'hook' bracket at the back of the door. the hook lock the window from pulling away from the weatherstripping. that is adjusted by a 10mm nut hidden in the door from view

there is a 10mm window stop towards the front.. 3 10mm hold the window.

with a 1/8 gap at the lower front of the window I have to wonder if the door isn't aligned. the door itself could also cause the window to not fit right

I will take some pictures as I have the Pass door apart.

If that's the case, you have to pull off the lower fender gills and adjust the door hinges.
