This is the same woman with Montgomery County that shut down my raffle sales at our car show and fined the lady that was selling funnel cakes and snow cones! I think they just drive around in their little county cars looking for people to pick on.

This all could have been handled very easily if the kids would have applied fot a non profit orginization permit for tax exemption, a vendors permit from the city, county and state where located, a zoning exemption approved application for vending at a private residence and notified local law enforcement of their intentions so enhanced security could be arranged. These kids nowadays are trying to get away with murder.
Don, you know as well as I do funnel cakes and sno-cones need to be regulated. Do you know how many calories those things carry? Not to forget the poly unsaturated fats that are know to cause heart disease. |
