SBC w/p rebuild, the kit is $25.

Press off the fan hub, press out the shaft & bearing assy. and press the impeller off the old shaft.

Glass bead that parts especially the inside of the pump.

Press on the impeller to the correct clearance to the housing. The dim. is 0.010 - 0.035. I use 0.012.

Wow that looks like a brand new pump. Will it be painted or is it a natural finish? Clear coat?
