I kind of wonder where the 600 miles came from, though it's moot considering that's still an obscenely low number of miles.

What a shame. Waste of time and money. Someone should have enjoyed that car.

A friend of mine manages a large car collection, they auctioned a ZR1 with 1,400 on it for $31k a couple years ago.

So the owner took a considerable loss over MSRP as this 85 owner will or did. Not using a Corvette makes no sense in most cases. I have a friend of mine that sold one of his Shelby Mustangs for big money. It was a garage queen that lived in a temperature controlled environment and was rolled on an off an enclosed trailer to be shown at car shows. He sold it to a guy in Tampa. The first thing the new owner did was a big burnout down the street in front of his Tampa home. The PO was stunned.

The ZR1 owner has 200 cars with the lowest value on one of $500,000..................the Z really didn't "fit in".
