C6R.jpg - I have no clue... this is a race car, not a street car. And it was driving down Midway Blvd, where all the drunks are. Very strange.

Heard today that the race will be back at Belle isle in Detroit this summer including the C6R's and Corvette will even be a sponsor. Very Cool stuff.

It is ALWAYS a great time! A real value, too. I don't exactly remember the prices... I think the Corvette Corral ticket, for all 4 days, is about 250 for 2 people, and that includes a general parking pass, with Corvette Corral privledges.

The Corral provides food on Saturday, plus drinks for the entire period. Also, there is a large tent, which provides good shelter if the rains come (they did) or if the heat gets too much. They also have big screen TVs with live feed from Speed!

I added some comments to my picture post, too.

Love the Aztec photo with the older couple in it. I can only hope at that age its me looking so happy standing next to my wife and Corvette.
