A little cooler this morning but not sure if that will last.

Finished putting new brake rotors and pads on the Trans Am. Noticed the fluid is absolutely trash. Dark in color and full of water. A full flush is in order next week.

Hello everyone. Woke up this morning so it means I have a chance of having a good day. Planning on cutting palm fronds and seed pods from the palm trees around the yard. Put out 6 backpack sprayer tanks of weed control yesterday and cleaned up the Suburban. She looks happy and pretty once again. Reflection on 1992 on this date and I pity the poor folks in Lousiana. Catastrophic hurricane recovery is an unfathomable task for many. I was one of the many once. Have to get Sue's 911, the 928 and the two Vettes to the shop sometime in the very near future. Sues headlights are jumping back and forth on high and low beam so that's a straight forward fix I think. 928 clutch slave and shifter, 90 corvette speed sensor, 91 rough/no idle and no accelleration. Bored? Me? ....... Never. Sue's 60th birthday is fast approaching . Covid will still put a damper on party plans. Still, we'll have a marginal celebration. She really wanted a big shabang. What would have been over a hundred people will probaly be around 25 close friends and family. No band. The guitarist for our band of choice has passed away from pancreatic cancer. There will be music though. Radio or cd's from the patio speakers. Probably a football game or two will be on and as always, plenty of food.

John,I too saw the Vett on BAT. It looks really good. You’re certainly going to come out much better than if I’d had the opportunity.
I hope you do really well, and I think you will. There’s an 84 with 4+3 that’s going past 12k and it’s not quite done.

Here at the palatial double-wide, I think I’ve gotten the kitchen faucet in order with a new install. The old was too limed up and was eating new o-rings. Lime-a-way didn’t help enough. Now that it’s done, I should have called someone. For my size and situation, probably not again.

That’s about it here, I’ll be checking back soon.

Anyone know how the storm is hitting the area where Letty is?
I hope she and her family are ok.
