IT'S SHIFTING BACK INTO SUMMER, 77/70% AT 0825 HR. CLEAR AND CALM, HIGH TO BE 96. A BREEZE LATER, THEY SAY.

AFTER BREAKFAST I'LL MAKE A RUN TO FT GIBSON, PICK UP SOME MOWER PARTS, MOWER GAS, AND RUN THE TRUCK THRU THE CAR WASH.

NO CONTROVERSY ABOUT TREES HERE, THEY'RE ALL MINE. THREE OF THEM CLOSE ENOUGH AND BIG ENOUGH TO DESTROY THE HOUSE IF THEY CAME DOWN. NOT A PLEASANT THOUGHT :-O

HAVE FUN TODAY, MY FRIENDS!

..heat indicators are to be 110 degrees today.... that has the humids added in I think... I am ensconced in the power chair in the office writing reports in the AC comfort.... I may make the 50 yard trip into the house from the shop-office to partake in some lunch.. I am on my 4th cup of coffee and feeling fairly lit up.... may have to run in place or do some jumping jacks....to burn off this caffeine...

I remember jumping jacks was like the staple of exercise back in the 60's.... I did not see them used in the Insanity work outs that are used today....

don't be lollygagging today Guru's

Ya, push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, squats and a nice run used to be the order of the day. Nobody needed no stinkin gym. . If you wanted to lift weights or swim you could go to the Y.

Went to see the surgeon this morning and he confirmed my suspicions. I have a hernia for sure. It's uncomfortable so I'm going to have it repaired. This year I will looks at all my health issues both big and small. See what I can do to stretch out my life a few more years or 10.

Good afternoon, been hot here and busy. Had to go to the next town over to measure some windows for a school for graphics,I normally don't go do that but we're all covered up and just doing what we can. I have three wraps already headed to print, he's slammed with other stuff and I've got things coming in, plus one more due any day, a utility truck. Did I say it was hot? Did more yard work last night, weeded the last two flower beds, one full of lava rocks so my hands hurt today. I still need to sweep all around pool and pick up some things/clean up then Ineed to start in on the house again. Seems you can write your name on everything in there. Work is never done.
