Had to work yesterday...was on a clients farm up north. Had the marketing team there taking vids for the web site... doing interviews and such... after everyone left I was sitting with my client and good friend for 30 years and he gave me a bottle of Wellers 12 that he had picked up in Paris for $40 Euro's... $250 to $300 bucks here if you can find it.... same mash bill as Pappy's.... wheated bourbon.... we had to knock off the top of of it...... just a wee dram.... smooth....

...yeah forgot to say we are going to be grandparents again in April next year.... just got the news last weekend when granddaughter showed up with a Big Sister T shirt... always a blessing.....

Good thing I have my doctors already lined up. I'm not feeling or doing my best. In today's medical market it's good there are urgent care centers and ER's. Though I do my damnedest to stay out of ER's. They seem to price everything in tens of thousands. Haven't gone to one in over a decade because of that. We have a couple of doctor friends that own an urgent care outfit. If it's too much for them to handle they send us to triage at the local hospital. There they will send you to the appropriate level of medical care needed. I may just have some kind of crud that may be going around. I'm not usually one to get sick. Keeping an eye on my bp.

Did a TKD class last night. Had to show the young kids what an old man could do. Let's just say they weren't prepared for the level I brought (old style vs new style sparring). I'm paying the price today but ibuprofen helps.
