Morning guys... Cool start (65 when we got up), but promises to get warm this afternoon (93 predicted high).
I got cabinet materials ordered for a couple of upcoming jobs. Nothing else really on the agenda, other than loading up stuff to move Leo tomorrow. |

finally some blue sky and sun light...very little smoke from Canada.... when the Trumpster put a tariff on the smoke all of a sudden the fires went out......
 I was out talking to the corn yesterday and they are happy to get the solar rays.... makes them feel good.... they do call me the Corn Whisperer...... got the dream marketing team showing up here today to shoot vids of me talking blah blah blah..... I will be in makeup for hours..... hey its the price to pay when you are an internet influencer...... go have some damn fun today Guru's..... the summer is fading..... |

Good afternoon, hot still here, but at least it's not 100 anymore. Flowers are happier, and with the rain we got, even more so. Yard should be good since I overflowed the pool all night. Forgot the hose. I need to call the city and head off the water bill somehow. Also need to look for and pin down a cabin for us this weekend. Will be short but we can take a real trip later when he's over his surgery. Slow at work and I'm not complaining. Not much sleep for no apparent reason last couple night so I'm not up to much. Thank you for all the "unwed" anniversary wishes. 10 years sure went by fast.

Letty - I was watching the Cincinnati Tennis Open, and they have been HOT too!! To make matters worse, a bit thunderstorm hit and it was STILL hot!!! Yuck.
It's been very pleasant here along the Pacific coast. Mid-70s, morning clouds keeping the temps down. We did have a heat wave, so to speak, last week, but it has since broken. However, a new one is expected next week... sigh... Guess what!! I am going to revise and republish all the tech articles from the old C4 Guru days! Be on the look out for a post. |
