cold and snowy the pack still here eating us out of house and home.... turkey was picked clean...fed them spaghetti last night... having to go to the cheap bulk meals...next will be Rice a Ronnie.....or hamburger helper.... you know... starch and protein.... always an event but very quiet and empty when they are all back to their lives.....

cold here too but at least the sun is out, 70 on the back patio so that's my new living room. Picked up a couple of radiant heaters from a friend yesterday to hang from ceiling out there when needed. Made a giant pot of beef stew yesterday, seemed appropriate for a cold, ugly rainy day. We did get out some to hit a few flea markets, surprised I didn't find something with my name on it to drag home. I did finish the rearranging of the bedroom, and cleaned again, but not slept well so my other two rooms I planned to plow through haven't been touched, maybe tomorrow or this evening.
