I really want to buy another toy, a hotrod or a C3 but with so many people crying the blues and gas prices gone goofy I am in wait and see mode for now. There are some really good deals out there now and personally my economic situation is fine but I am afraid that too could change. How about everyone else ?? I found a near mint 72 C3 for $9999.99 dammit !! I sooo want to pull the trigger on this one.

Driving me crazy, too! Basic survival is the name of the game over here, but man every time I see another good deal out there it kills me.

I brought home an extra $20k last year in freelance money. So far this year...$0.

Glad I bought the Vette in 07!

It would be nearly impossible for me to pass up a deal like that on a chrome bumper C3. If I was single, and not broke, that is!

I've always wanted a few specific cars and now that people are panick stricken it would be a good time to buy, unless of course it gets worse. I'm a mess

Buy it!

It will give you extra incentive in your sales job! Plus you could flip it pretty easy, I rekon, if things go south for you.

You have to do what you think is right for you and your family, that's for sure.

But if everyone stopped buying anything more than the bare necessities, based on what they hear on the news or see around them, the economy would be in far worse shape than it might already be.

Of course you can't be stupid with your money either. But if you have a good job, and your company is not struggling, I wouldn't be afraid to spend a little either.

I think I am doing my part to stimulate the economy.

I manage a tool and equipment company and my money depends on how well my salesforce is doing based on budget. We are doing fine but our budget numbers do not ease up when fuel prices go nuts and the end users start pulling back their cash. We are doing fine because we are working our asses off and reaching out selling to more and more customers. I am just nervous about the future but the deals are fantastic.

If the seller wasn't hurting, you wouldn't be seeing that price to begin with. So it goes both ways.
