We're excited to announce that we finally have our toe rod kit available to compliment our trailing arms and camber rods. These toe rods use the same type of aluminum links with steel rod ends as our other rear suspension components. The kit also comes with a batwing mounting bracket that uses the stock M10 mounting holes and is self indexing for the 1/2" bolts that the rods mount to. This pic is with the safety plate removed for clarity.
With the safety plate in place
The indexing features on the back side of the batwing bracket.
On the knuckle side a high strength 17-4 PH Stainless Steel adpater mounts the rod to the knuckle. This pic shows the knuckle with the safety washer removed for clarity.

how do you keep these clean on the street? Is there a regular maintenance cycle?

I wasn't planning on putting any boots on mine.
With teflon seals they stay dry so they really don't attract dirt. The seal should wipe most of the crud out of the way without scarring the bearing surface. |

The boots are great! Here is what they look like for the lower front shock eyelet. This is a Hardbar Penske 7500 for the C4/C5/C6.

Just updated some of the pics in the OP to reflect the safety washers we have put in place on the kit.
I also have a set of boots on the way for fitment. If they work I hope to have them shortly. |
