Good morning.
My wife asked me last night what my plan was for today. My response; To wake up. Well, looks like I did. I've opened my eyes at least. The waking up part takes a little while. Deep in the recessses of my mind (my mind likes to take recess) I was thinking of going for a nice cruise in the 90. Still, I wonder why she asked me that. Could it be she she wished to propose a honey-do? I'll find out later when I'm ready for that. Seems she calls me every day with some little thing, sometimes a big thing. This must be her way of saying I love you. Yep, I love you too honey. Could you please not call me with stuff to do. It kinda blows my Ch'i.
Have a great day gurus, and remember, doing nothin is still doing somethin.

Good Morning CGs!

Well I had a great time at the running expo last night. Tons of vendors and some good deals. I bought a nice pair of running sunglasses with 4 interchangeable frames. I also got a ton of samples with protein/energy bars and some protein shakes and juices. Talked to one vendor about nutrition protein vs carbohydrate and fat burning for a while and we were totally on the same page so I liked that. Also met a really nice swimmer who is a world champion triathlete and the 1996 gold medal winner in swimming. She was selling a book that my buddy bought and she helped him with his stroke and breathing. How awesome is that? And she let us hold the gold medal which was totally cool.

Off to work.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Funny how people who are on the same page agree how right they are. Am I right?

Morning kids.

It's 5:30, and I'm out the door to the racetrack.

Have a great day.

Good morning guys.....Wife, FIL and MIL got back after about 2 1/2 hours. MIL has a case of shingles, it has presented itself on her face. At least it's not worse. she has other health issues (being in her mid 80's), but really is holding up well.

We will need to go to pick up some Rx for her this morning. And later we will head off for our reunion. Tommy, Matt, thanks for the well wishes. Hopefully Tommy, you'll get your drive in. Matt, who was the swimmer that you met? My girls swam competitively for years and my oldest still follows swimming very closely....grandkids now swim competitively. Bill, have a good day at the track.

Mornin'. My trip to Bowling Green was a success. After leaving the truck and distracted driver clogged Interstate for the state roads the 425 mile drive was very pleasurable.
The Corvette Museum and assembly plant are well worthwhile.
The highlight of my adventure was touring the Kentucky countryside and winding back roads around Bowling Green in my '91. It is some of the most beautiful country I have ever seen.

#1 glad the MIL will be ok, although shingles can be very painful.

#2, this is the swimmer we met - very nice person!
