I went with wider tires on the rear, will the speedometer need to be adjusting? With this wheel and tire package I cannot believe I am going as fast as the speedo readout..... this morning to work I am cruising along and the speedo is reading 89 mph and I am like, "no way..." So its either the quality of the new tires or the speedo is off.... what do you think?

Wider shouldn't really make any difference, height will change the circumference and that does affect the speedo, most tire size changes however have minimal effect.
Here is a calculator that may help, not my work, I believe credit goes to Corvette Kid.

thanks for the help... had me concerned for a moment... based on the calculator you are right, the difference is minimal... so I am not going to worry about it...

Just an FYI I went from 28" to 35" tall tires on my Chevy truck and it only made a 4mph difference. I figured it would be a much bigger difference than that.

That would make a 25% difference. That's huge. So I guess if you were driving 16 mph, you'd be reading 4mph high.
