It is great to have a forum atmosphere where nobody has to feel like they are walking on eggshells. Its from top level all the way down to the newbs that create this environment. Admin and Mods, you guys are doing a perfect job here. Especially with the huge jump in members and threads. Thanks for the time and effort you guys clearly put into the forum! :thumbright:

Its really nice to hear the comments. That was the basis for the guru all along.

unfortunately, as we saw the other night, some people get in and cause havoc and we will try our best to deal with them as the need arises.

We want new members to join all the time but as we all know, we all have different personalities and opinions and sometimes that causes some rifts within. Its going to be a fact of life around here.

We want to be your new home!! I know I have spent many many hours gaining useful info and I hope you and others will feel the same about this one!

I will say this. When I first started getting on forums I took what people wrote the wrong way alot of the time. I thought that some people had a "degrading tone" about they way the relayed their messages. If it seems that way I would suggest what has already been said, take it to a PM. That should resolve the issue at hand and everyone will be better off. It is really easy to be seen as a trouble maker even if thats not how you want to be taken. Hopefully this is all behind us now cause to me its all water under the bridge
