My top 3 favorites would be:
1). '63 SWC 2). '58 Fuelie 3). '95 ZR-1 I wouldn't kick a '13 427 Roadster out of the garage, either. |

Actually this particular list kinda sucks. Almost like it was made up by someone that knows nothing about Corvettes.

Most of the Cars I would have on the list. My exceptions would be the Pace car and I would choose either the 70 or the 68 but not both......Where is the C6 ZR1? To me it is the ultimate Vette.....and where the hell is the C5 ZO6...not a C5 on the list....what's that about...?

What a list. I think they missed some revolutionary models. A C5 should be on the list, the first LSx series engine. Too many C3's on the list. The 65 first big block. 57, first fuel injection.
I don't think that the raters really knew much about the Corvette history. |

My list, most important:
10 - 1984 - introduced computers to the game 9 - 1968 - the iconic look. 8 - 1953 - First year 7 - 1957 - V8 FI the look, it's all there 6 - 1963 Z06 - A vision of things to come, and a chassis for the next 20 years 5 - 1996 GS - woke an entire generation to the GS 4 - ANYTHING with a ZR1 in it's name 3 - 1997 - Brought out a chassis that will be with us for years to come 2 - 1967 L88 - Perfection of the breed 1 - ZL1 - So rare, it's a rounding error |
