Good Morning CGs!

Dang cold out thre, -3 right now. I'm warming up the car, but it won't help too much being a diesel. But something is better than nothing.

That engine from yesterday's chat was pretty insane. That guy's only a 1/2 an hour from me, maybe we can make a local deal

Kids had a ball at Medieval Times yesterday. Overall the show was about 2 hours long and they were dazed/amazed/engaged the whole time. They even ate their food without complaining (although the leftovers went to dad....without complaining). We enjoyed it as well. After that we went out for ice cream and played checkers.

In the evening last night I went to mom/dad's and installed a new toilet and disability grab handle in the bathroom. Should help dad since he's a little less capable now. The toilet is an American Standard champion 4 1.6 gallon. I found it recommended on my garage forum website. It seems very well built and was heavy as heck. I'd recommend it so far.

Greetings! I have the day off, so I attempted to sleep in - I only made it 3 hours past my normal Monday morning alarm, very mediocre attempt. Looks like it is going to struggle to get above 0 today, so if I was going to go outside, I'd need a light sweater. But I'm not.

This cold snap made me wonder what kind of ice auger Tommy brings when he goes fishing.

Morning guys....slept in today, 8:15 before I got up. Cold but not as cold as yesterday morning. And it's supposed to warm into the mid 40's I can take that. A little work to do in the shop today.

SEMI CLOUDY AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING. THE CHEROKEES ARE GLAD THERE'S NO WIND BLOWING.

DARLING WIFE AND I WENT TO THE JAP PLACE IN MUSKOGEE FOR SUPPER LAST NIGHT. THEIR SPRING ROLLS ARE SUPER.

THEY HAVE THE HIBACHI SETUP WHERE YOU WATCH THE SOUND AND FURY OF JAPANESE COOKING, WHICH IS NO MORE TO MY TASTE THAN THE RAW FISHBAIT, SO WE JUST GRAB A QUIET BOOTH AND EAT COOKED FOOD WITHOUT A LOT OF FUSS. FOOD IS GOOD, WHAT I HAVE EATEN ANYWAY, AND THEY GIVE YOU PLENTY.

Glad you guys had a fun time Matt.....always good to spend family time. I was up early moving trucks around. It's -2 here and may get to 20 degrees......nothing likes running in this weather.....

Matt do they give you a radiator cover for your diesel? They have a solution called the Spanish American thermostat......which is a precision cut piece of cardboard that covers 2/3 of the radiator.......its muy bueno on cold mornings.........

Today I gotta get busy spring is coming.......I will be in the office working with the floor heater going full blast.

Brad we are all routing for the Cardinals now......thought you should know......or the Denver Donkeys as Tee calls them......but I think the Cards have a good chance to win it all.........we shall see......

I'd like to see Peyton get another Super Bowl win and then hang it up, but I have a hard time imagining either the Cards or Broncos making it past next week, based on this weeks' efforts. I was delighted to see the Packers get knocked off, though.

But how 'bout dem Bears?

Heavy on the 55's. Very cool though. Got quite a bit done today, even though most of what I did, no one will ever know, because it doesn't show.
