Hidey-ho! I think I'm still full from dinner yesterday. Meanwhile, the roads are dry and there are rumors of an appearance of the sun later, so I took the Vette today. It seemed to like the 35-degree temps just fine. Hopefully it'll be about 20 degrees warmer for the trip home.

Worked on the Oodi today and got my drain kit installed. After that I called and got the insurance put back on the Corvette. Took it to fill up with premium and put about 5 miles on it. Still has the vibration, but it's pretty clear it's from the mounts. Still makes power although I didn't wind it out. Still puts a smile on my face Idle is nicer and brakes seem slightly better as well. Looking to put some miles on it and get it dialed in.

MADE DARLING WIFE'S REUNION SATURDAY. SHE ALMOST TALKED HERSELF DOWN WITH OLD ACQUAINTANCES AND I NOODLED AROUND OUT ON THE FARM. SHE WAS QUITE PLEASED WITH THE BAUBLE, AS WERE ALL THE OTHER FEMALES, DAUGHTERS, GRANDDAUGHTERS, AND ASSORTED PASSERSBY.

MARCUS, YOU ARE RIGHT, THE FEMALE OF THE SPECIES NEARLY ALWAYS REACTS TO SHINY, SPARKLY, ROCKS IN A POSITIVE MANNER.
YOUR DERMATOLOGIST PROBLEM IS LIKE ONE I HAD WITH AN EX-DOCTOR. HE SICCED A COLLECTION AGENCY ON ME AFTER HIS "SPECIAL NEEDS" NURSE SCREWED UP THE INSURANCE PAPER WORK AND THEY WOULDN'T PAY OFF. THAT'S HOW HE FINALLY BECAME MY EX-DOCTOR. I WAS RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE WITH HIM ANYWAY, I USED TO CALL HIM DR DOLITTLE.

SPENT EASTER WITH BABY DAUGHTER AND WENT TO THE EASTER SERVICE AT ST. PAUL'S EPISCOPAL IN OKC. TRUMPETS, TIMPANI, AND MITERED BISHOP, BUT NO INCENSE THIS TIME. MAYBE THE EPA GOT AFTER THEM :-) I DO ENJOY THESE HIGH CHURCH SERVICES AND ALSO GOT TO SEE A WOMAN I USED TO WORK WITH AND HER FAMILY WHO GO THERE. SHE WAS ALWAYS ONE OF MY FAVORITE CO-WORKERS.

STOPPED BY #1 DAUGHTER'S ENROUTE HOME AND PICKED A REPLACEMENT BARNCAT. HOPE HE MAKES THE CUT, ABOUT HALF GROWN, A VERY AFFECTIONATE LITTLE GUY, HE MAY LOVE COMPANY TOO MUCH TO STAY IN THE BARN BY HIMSELF.

I also like a little high church from time to time and the Episcopals are good at it....

Did not know you were in the market for a new barn cat.....we finally had ours fixed so that took care of the population explosion......the cat had no morals.....

Uwoman was swinging by the old dermatologist today to pick up our records and hand the Doc a personal letter that she wrote that she was somewhat sure would not land us in jail for terroristic threats to their bookkeeping dept......glad you had a nice trip......

I still think a bibelot was more in order, but glad the bauble made a good impression.

Evening guys, it's been a heck of a day. left early to get stuff done at the job and stayed a little late to get things ready for tomorrow. I hope to be, more or less, done by Wednesday afternoon.... we'll see how that works out.

Glad the car is running well, Matt. Marcus good luck finding a new derm, they are harder than heck to get into around here.

Weather was pretty nice here today, wind came up in the afternoon.
