Morning guys.....

Happy Friday! Gonna get a bunch of snow dumped on us today and tomorrow. I went and bought a cab for my snowblower - we'll see how well it works. Meanwhile, my commute was delightful - a short walk down the hall.

CLOUDY AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, SUPPOSED TO GET REALLY COLD TOMORROW. THE CHEROKEES WILL WAIT UPON EVENTS. FORECASTING OKLAHOMA WEATHER IS NEITHER AN ART NOR A SCIENCE, BUT RATHER A CRAP-SHOOT.

WE SHALL ALL ENDEAVOR TO PERSEVERE :-)

This cold mess is nuts around here - summer one day then froze cold the next. Must be some kinda record this weekend coming up - gonna be 68 and rain Saturday, then 25ish that night, high Sunday is Sat night's low then low Sunday is around 13. So much for getting rid of this sinus mess.
Working an extra day up here at the vehicle wrap shop, the body shop owner and his wife are leavin town. He wanted me to stay there by myself this afternoon, nothing to do but clean up horseshoes. Prob is, they're straight off the horse and smell like it, too. Need to build a fire first and get nails out of them. Too cold to be out there for that. He's gotten himself into the hobby of making stuff with 'em. Made a very nice cross for his daughter in law. I'm getting the next one.
Some members of another forum I'm in, gifted one guy with a garden gnome for his new house. Guy moved from Cali to Ohio. Don't recall ever finding out who sent it to him. I had ordered some light fixture adapters recently and was expecting them any day. Looked out on the porch last night where the Brown Truck Santa leaves my presents and there was my box - complete with garden gnome and gift message from whoever sent the other guy one. Too funny!

Started out cold, but they said it was going to be in the 60s today...it better hurry, because as of now (12:18) it is only 32. I don't think it's going to make it. Tomorrow, 70% chance for snow and highs of 10-12.

I've been out in the shop painting the signs. Tedious darn work. I'm halfway done in three and a half hours. Not going to finish today as I am going to watch #2 GS play b-ball. It's an out of town game, so have to leave here by around 3 to get there in time.

Cute Gnome Letty. The cars won't be coming anywhere near here...too bad. Steve, we'd take some of that rain, but I guess the snow tomorrow will have to suffice.

We're supposed to have wind chills around -35 to -40 tomorrow after the snow ends. Will need long sleeves for sure.
