Good Morning CGs!
Have a good time at the gun show, Gris. Hope you find something. Kids are back in school as of this week. I think they are enjoying it so far. They like their teachers. Took them to back to school night last night and they got to run around and see their friends. Not much else to report. Hope everyone has a great day! |

Working around the place continuing to get ready for the wedding.....I get stuff off the list and then I see stuff added on to the list......its never ending..... but for one day...one glorious day.....it will all have to be perfect....... then we can go back to normal...... Hey guys...we came home last night as the house was full and we really couldn't do anything one way or another. I was able to see and talk to my brother, that was the reason for going anyway. Our next trip there will probably be for a funeral. I hate to say goodbye, but it really hard to see him suffering. His family knows it's just a matter of time, but it doesn't make it any easier.
I've been working on the next kitchen remodel this morning. I finished pulling the old cabinets out after the plumber disconnected everything. Now it's up to the electrician, sheetrock guy and whoever else needs to get stuff done while I wait for cabinet parts. |

GUNSHOW LIVED DOWN TO MY EXPECTATIONS, EXACERBATED BY THE ?MUSIC? FROM SOME DOT INDIAN PROGRAM DOWN STAIRS. SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE STRANGLING CATS. DON'T KNOW IF ALL HINDU MUSIC IS LIKE THAT, BUT IT HAD ALMOST NO DISCERNIBLE MELODY.
WAS NICE TO SEE THE OLD GANG HOWEVER. ALL THIS MARRIAGE TALK ON THE FORUM, THESE ELABORATE WEDDINGS ARE A PRIME PIA. ONE OF THE GIRLS I WENT TO HI-SCHOOL WITH HAD AN OLDER SISTER WHO DINGED HER DAD FOR A CECIL B. DEMILL EXTRAVAGANZA. HE LATER TOLD MARY HE WOULD GIVE HER $5000 IF SHE WOULD JUST ELOPE. I PROPOSED IMMEDIATELY, BUT SHE TURNED ME DOWN :-) |
