Greetings! We had a nice week off up in northern MN. The weather was decent all week for a change - you never know what you're gonna get this time of year. We ate like pigs all week. Jeans with a little of that stretchy stuff are a great invention.

Meanwhile, today brings some bad news/good news. The bad news is that it is raining, so I can't pick up the multitude of leaves that fell while we were gone. The good news is that I don't have to pick up leaves today.

Have a good day, all!

I think the leaves serves as an insulation against the freezing weather and prevent winter kill of the grass.......so as our resident agronomist I recommend you leave the leaves.......as they also contain nutrients as they decompose over the winter....... and what is left will be easy to bag when you start mowing next spring...... makes sense to me........and less work..... just trying to help out.....

I'm glad they don't have an app that shows you how much is being spent on your credit card..... mine would be spinning like the Government Debt clock with the wife shopping in Vegas......she will be home today to show me all her new stuff........ oh well.....can't take it with you...... right?

Have a fun filled day Guru's......keep it under a 100

What Marcus said makes a lot of sense. Then you only have one yard clean up a year in Spring. Book a landscaper now for mid April. Done .........

Hey guys... slept in this morning, then went out to the shop and did a couple small things then headed over to the 'city' for weekly groceries shopping. Now I'll head back out to the shop and do some finish work.

The good thing about having your shop in the back yard is, it's easy access to go out and do some things...The bad thing is, the easy access to go out and do some things.

Turning out to be a very nice fall day, low 60s for a high and no wind right now.
