Finished the crown at #2s house, put the third coat of mud on the older couples repair job, sprayed the last coat of finish on the drawer fronts for Rosies' office, all before I went in for my massage... I felt so relaxed afterward. Rosie said I ought to do that once a month....

We then headed over to the 'city' to pick up some groceries as we are having extra people next week. #1 GS is on spring break and asked if we would mind if he brought home a couple friends to spend the week. They are both soccer players, one from England and the other from Scotland. They will be home sometime tomorrow. Probably have GSs #2&3 around as well, as they are off next week too.

It made it up to 50 today....a really pretty day, even with the breeze that was blowing.

Good Evening CGs!

I had a pretty crappy day. Started off ok. Had a buddy stop by so I could do an oil pressure sensor on his Pontiac G8 6.0 liter. Pretty straightforward job. He wants to learn about his car so I let him do the work while giving him instructions. Knocked that out pretty quick.

After that I tackled the wife's car. She was complaining about a shake / stutter while driving/accelerating. I drove it, felt like a cv axle. I assumed it was the parts store junk I put in a few months back. I swapped in an OEM Nissan part ($$$) but the problem was still there. Scratched my head all day and did quite a bit of investigating (and pulling the entire front end apart). Finally found that the driveshaft front u-joint had separated and was literally ready to fall out. When I pulled the driveshaft the front yoke connection fell apart. I'm taking it to a driveshaft shop in the morning and hopefully they can knock it out. That should fix the problem.

TB - sounds like you're keeping busy. Hope you're feeling better.

Hope everyone had a great day!
