HI JOHN---

OVERCAST, BREEZY, AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, ANOTHER GRAY DAY. I HAVE NOT EMPTIED THE RAIN GAUGE SINCE THIS ROUND OF THE MONSOON STARTED; THERE IS THREE AND A HALF INCHES IN IT. THE CHEROKEES ARE WELL SOAKED AND THE CHOCTAWS EVEN WORSE.

I NEED TO HIT THE VA HOSPITAL, MY HEARING AIDS ARE ON THE FRITZ, BUT I HATE TO ENTANGLE MYSELF WITH THE BUREAUCRACY AGAIN. I NEVER HAD MUCH PATIENCE AND MOST OF THAT HAS BEEN USED UP ;-)

I'M BEGINNING TO THINK WE SHOULD SIMPLY EMBARGO CHINA.

morning gang... just hanging in!

My only plan is to head out and fill the tank in my Vette... just to have it done.

Hey guys...slept in...might become the 'norm' now that we are both retired. Worked in the shop some this morning and Rosie was on the phone to 'work' as they needed some guidance on a couple things and the county clerk called her to let her know, that the county commissioners went ahead and assigned her replacement as the 'official health nurse' due to her not being able to go into thee office. She wanted to appease Rosie and said they hoped she wasn't upset.....heck no, not upset, it only made sense for it to go down like that, and she (the replacement) is doing a great job.

It is warming up today, mid 50s now and they say it will hit the mid 70s yet. Possible snow tomorrow night into Friday though. Springtime in Kansas.

Hello

I bought some stock that was getting hammered and figured why not buy when it's selling low. It was selling at about 1/6th it's high over the past year. Well, it went lower and right now I'm in the minus column. I bought it for a long trade anyway so no sense looking at it for awhile. Economies go in cycles. I should make some money someday.

Howdy.
Been pretty busy today at the office but NOTHING like yesterday. Boss/owner/installer will have more to do than he knows what to do with in the coming days. He already is going bonkers. Two giant utility box vans, one more on the way, a 26-ft Izuzu box and cab, a 53' semi trailer due here Friday morning, etc. Just nuts. It's not even 'busy season' yet.
Been having the house to myself since Arron is in Dallas at GM tech training. They filled out a health questionnaire, several were due to show. He was literallly the only one there. Says the sun is shining though and sent me a photo to 'brighten my day'. Pffftt. It's cool, ugly raining and just nasty here.
My body shop friend I used to work for has started back up on his '68s restoration. He has gotten one headlight rebuilt and bout to start the other. Sent me pics so I'd see what I was missing out on. HA! I just politely told him he did a good job and I'm sorry I wasn't there to help lmao
