SUNNY AND 70 THIS MORNING, GONNA BE 91 AFTER NOON. IT'S GETTING TO BE SUMMER IN THE NATIONS. AUTO ROTATION DAY, HARVEY UP. THEY NOW SAY THERE WERE SEVERAL MILD TORNADOS IN THE STATE SAT-SUN, MAYBE 60,000 STILL W/O LIGHTS. ONE DEAD WHEN A TREE FELL ON A HOUSE TRAILER. NOT MANY CASUALTIES FOR SO MUCH DAMAGE. MUST FEED THE POOR STARVING DOG :-) JOY TO YOU ALL! |

Planning on celebrating Juneteenth by pulling weeds. That way I can reflect on the poor souls that worked on the plantations for little or no compensatrion under the hot sun in high humidity. |

Good morning, supposed to be nice here all day, storms finally over. Probably a drought next, this is Arkansas after all.
Gris sorry to hear of all the damage and the death from tornadoes. Planned to sleep in today since I have the house to myself, Im off, he's at work. Woke up before his alarm went off and never went back to sleep. I'll get the trash int eh house gathered up and outside and rolled to the curb and maybe some laundry done and that will probably be it for me today. |

...Gris are not you about out of the dinosaur bones for the doggie.... just wondering...
hot here and dry as the end of August.... pasture grass has called it a day and gone back to sleep... daily watering is what is keeping the garden and lawn alive.... we will never give up..... as long as the well does not anyway.... it's tough times in the flyover States..... do not get scammed Guru's..... |
